VCIT Solutions, Inc. is hiring IT Instructors for their Training Division TargetIT Training and mentoring located at 3985 Steve Reynolds Blvd Building L101 Norcross GA 30093. Weekday, Weeknight and Weekend Classes. Onsite Instructor-led Classes.

  • If you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent you are eligible to apply. Teaching experience, skills, certification, etc. in the following areas is an asset. (See table below).
  • Salary will range between $62,400 and $72,800 per annum.

Task

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
  • Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees or customers.
  • Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
  • Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
  • Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
